Many organisations committed to embedding equality, diversity and safeguarding best practice, have found it challenging at times to pay for high quality expert support. In response to this concern we have launched a range of TCSS packages for organisations that cost as little as £150 per month. These TCSS packages will be of particular benefit to organisations that prefer to spread their training and consultancy costs over a 12 month period. We also believe that these TCSS packages will help organisations to embed equality and diversity good practice more effectively and represents better value for money.

There are 4 packages which run over a 12 month cycle. Each training package is made up of a range of service entitlements and services, such as onsite bespoke training, consultancy support (onsite), online and telephone support:

Bronze: from £150 per month

Bespoke training days: 1 Consultancy (onsite) 1 day (5 hours) Telephone and online support: N/A Alternative option: 1.5 days training

Silver: from £200 per month

Bespoke training days: 2 Consultancy (onsite) 1 days Telephone and online support: N/A Alternative option: 4 days onsite consultancy or 2.5 days of training

Gold: £300 per month

Bespoke training days: 3 Consultancy (onsite) 2 days Telephone and online support: 6 hours Alternative option: 4 days of training and 6 hours of telephone and online support

Platinum: from £400 per month

Bespoke training days: 4 Consultancy (onsite) 3 days: Telephone and online support: 15 hours Alternative option: 5 days of training and 12 hours of telephone and online support

The service support packages have been discounted by at least 15-20% compared to our standard one-off training or consultancy charges. Please note that the service support packages do not include VAT and any resource costs or agreed expenses.
